How to Use This Signature

  1. Select ALL the content inside the grey box below (click inside it, then Cmd+A or Ctrl+A)
  2. Copy it (Cmd+C or Ctrl+C)
  3. Paste into your email client's signature settings:
    • Gmail: Settings > See all settings > General > Signature > Paste
    • Outlook: Settings > Mail > Compose and reply > Email signature > Paste
    • Apple Mail: Mail > Settings > Signatures > Paste
  4. Replace [Your Name], [Your Title], [Your Email] and [Your Phone] with your details directly in your email client
