Oranda Therapeutics (“Oranda”) is an Irish rare-disease pharmaceutical company with a deliberate and purposeful commitment to improving patient access to the medicines they need. We work to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of patients with rare diseases by providing affordable, high-quality medicines.
We are committed to putting patient needs first. This commitment guides our work in delivering safe, effective and impactful medicines to those living with rare disease. We recognise that strong environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) practices support this purpose by helping Oranda grow responsibly, manage risk, meet stakeholder expectations and maintain transparency and accountability as the business develops.
This policy sets out Oranda’s core ESG commitments and provides a practical framework for setting ESG objectives, actions, and review processes. It is intended to support Oranda’s business activities, procurement requirements, investor expectations and future growth across Europe and other relevant markets.
